OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING SIGN-UPS

The following requirements must be completed in order to be eligible for participation:

• Updated physical exam - please upload a current physical exam via the online parent portal at ohana.ksbe.edu. For questions regarding physical exams, please contact Hale Ola at 842-8075 or by email at kskmalamaola@ksbe.edu.

The following link is for sign-ups for off-season conditioning for the 2024-2025 school year. Off-season conditioning is only offered to sports who have opted for this option.

Please complete separate form submissions for each sport you are interested in.
