The visiting Warriors (4-1) defeated the Buff and Blue of Punahou (4-1), 9 - 7, behind the pitching of D.Rawlins, B.Burnett and K.Sauer in a rain-shortened game (5 innings). The Warriors jumped on Punahou early in the first four innings with key hits, including a 3-run home run by K.Shim, and costly errors by the Buff and Blue. While Punahou made a strong comeback in the 5th inning with 6 runs, the Warrior defense managed to hold off the Buff and Blue in the end. The Warriors will face the Damien Monarchs at Ala Wai Field on Saturday, 3/4/2017 at 9:00 a.m.
